Issue posted on Microsoft Social Technet forum as well.Ī Windows insider and MVP confirmed the issue on his Virtual Machines that all Windows 7, 8, 8.1 systems updated to definition version 1.289.1521.0 on March 19, 2019, running full scan are affected while other machines haven’t updated to latest definitions are performing the scan without any issues.
